Hunter’s Point Block 49 Development, San Francisco, CA – Project Management Services for this 60-unit residential building constructed on the site of an old Naval Shipyard as a part of the Bayview Hunter’s Point Redevelopment Plan. The 82,676 square foot building was built as affordable housing for families as part of a larger development being done by Lennar. The full hilltop development includes 1400 homes and numerous city parks. Representing the owner (AMCAL Multi-housing, Inc.) Martinez Services oversaw the design and construction teams and numerous consultants. Coordinated with Public Agencies to secure approvals throughout the project, managed the delivery plan, schedule, budget and financing, and marketing.

Mary Helen Rogers Housing Complex, San Francisco, CA – Project Management Services for this 100-unit residential affordable housing apartment complex for low-income seniors. 20 units in the building were set aside for homeless seniors. Representing the owner (Chinatown Community Development Center (CCDC)) Martinez Services managed the design and construction team, financing, relationships with the city and funders, coordinated commercial leased space, and funding and marketing strategies for lease up. Built at a site which was previously a freeway off ramp and parking lot, the project consisted of the residential units as well as a café, computer lab, offices, and a resident lobby.

Alemany Housing, San Francisco, CA – Project Management Services for conversion of this 15 building public housing complex consisting of 158 units to a disposition public/land trust model under the Department of Housing and Urban Development’s Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) Program. Representing the owner (Bernal Heights Neighborhood Center) Martinez Services managed the design and construction team, financing, relationships with the city and funders, coordinated service and public safety teams and managed the relocation of tenants throughout rehabilitation.

Holly Court Housing, San Francisco, CA – Project Management Services for conversion of this 10 building public housing complex consisting of 118 units to a disposition public/land trust model under the Department of Housing and Urban Development’s Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) Program. Representing the owner (Bernal Heights Neighborhood Center) managed the design and construction team, financing, relationships with the city and funders, coordinated service and public safety teams and managed the relocation of tenants throughout rehabilitation.
