Breann Martinez Jones, President – Bre Jones helped found Martinez Services, Inc. in 2007 after a successful career as a Senior Project Manager as a residential developer. In her career she has earned a reputation for completing difficult and challenging projects and building strong and successful project teams on these projects. Her experience has included the preliminary planning and permitting for large housing developments in the Bay Area and around northern California. Bre oversees the project management and planning for Martinez Services, Inc.’s projects and clients and also provides financial management for the firm. Bre has worked for residential developers and large engineering firms with experience around the Pacific Rim. She is a proud graduate of Auburn University with a degree in International Finance. She is a current member of the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and is an active volunteer at her daughter’s elementary school. She is also a member of the San Francisco chapter of the Society of American Military Engineers.

Angela Martinez Goral, P.E., Vice President – Angie Goral, has been working in a consulting relationship with Martinez Services, Inc. since its founding in 2007. In 2014 she became our Vice President and opened our Central Florida office. Angie is a registered Professional Engineer in Virginia and Florida whose experience includes prior service as an Active Duty Officer in the Navy Civil Engineer Corps as well as a successful career in facilities planning and construction management. In her career Angie has specialized in anti-terrorism and force protection design and construction as well as facilities planning for Federal projects. Angie oversees project management and engineering for Martinez Services, Inc. She is a proud graduate of Auburn University with a degree in Civil Engineering. Angie is active in several volunteer positions in her community. She serves on the board of the Merritt Island Pop Warner Football league and she is an active volunteer at her children’s Elementary School. She is a member and on the board of the Spacecoast chapter of the Society of American Military Engineers.

John F. Jones, P.E., LEED AP, Operations Officer – John Jones helped found Martinez Services, Inc. in 2007 after an extensive 20-year career in the Federal Design and Construction industries. John’s experience has been wide and varied as he has managed and designed a variety of projects for his clients with a primary focus on government and military facilities. In 2012 through 2015 John worked as the Chief Operating Officer and Project Manager for a California based construction company. During this time John managed construction projects from renovation and repair projects on military bases to repair and maintenance of hundreds of miles of border fence and tactical infrastructure for the Department of Homeland Security (Customs and Border Protection) in California, Texas, and Arizona. He has managed several IDIQ and MACC contracts for the U.S. Navy and Air Force, and is known for leading design teams with success in quality control, cost effectiveness, and conformance to demanding schedules. John is our West Coast Operations Officer and is responsible for Project Management and Business Development. John is proud graduate of California Polytechnic State University and a licensed Professional Engineer in California, Guam, Texas, Montana, and Tennessee. John is an avid sports dad and has coached and served on the boards of local softball leagues for many years. He is a fellow, member, and Past President of multiple posts of the Society of American Military Engineers.

R. Glenn Goral, P.E., DBIA, Construction Manager – Glenn Goral joined Martinez Services Inc. in 2015 and brings over 16 years of professional experience working in construction management, project management, roadway design, and drainage design for the Department of Homeland Security, Department of Defense, Department of State, and the Commonwealth of Virginia. Glenn’s experience includes managing construction projects from small maintenance and repair jobs to new $400M Federal facilities. Throughout his career Glenn’s experience has varied from scope development for construction and maintenance and repair projects, design coordination of multi-disciplinary design teams, to direct management of construction trade staff, coordinating equipment and materials. Glenn is a registered Professional Engineer in Florida and a certified member of the Design Build Institute of America. Glenn is a proud Civil Engineering graduate of Auburn University. Glenn is an active volunteer in his children’s local elementary schools as well as their youth sports teams. He is a member of the Society of American Military Engineers and holds several OSHA and USACE quality certificates.
